Impulse control

Anyones June babes really struggle with impulse control? My son is in OT for some help with it and started at a new school about 3 weeks ago. He had a great first two weeks and the last week has become more comfortable and is becoming disruptive (touching things he shouldn’t, being loud, etc). Just curious what y’all have done to help if you have similar issues. At home I’ll take him in his room to calm down or send him outside to run around or in basement to jump around if I notice he’s becoming hyper etc.
