Hi ladies- so I’m very early in my pregnancy. 4 weeks 4 days roughly by last period. I’ve been experiencing a few light cramps and I’ve gone to the toilet this evening and got a bit of pinkish blood when I wiped. Is this normal or possible miscarriage
