Morning sickness or stomach bug?
I am 10 weeks pregnant and have morning sickness in the morning. Today I felt super nauseous at work and ended up coming home early and getting sick around 1pm which I never usually do. Could this be morning sickness? I’m so worried i have the stomach bug while pregnant
