Continuing diet & exercise while pregnant?
Im TTC starting this week! I'm also in the process of being in the best shape of my life! I finally found my groove of eating right and lifting heavy weights with the perfect amount of cardio. Im seeing good results in definition and fat loss. Im 32 I cant hold off starting a family any longer. Is it possible to keep training and eating right once we get pregnant? adding the extra 300 cals a day I need)
