Why am I sick?
Okay so a few hours last night after eating McDonald’s I felt really nauseous and just like sick. I threw up a little bit but was still extremely nauseous. I woke still feeling sick but not as bad just weak like when your sick. I think I have a little bit of a fever but nothing else. Is there something going around? Idk why I randomly got sick last night
