Post Surgery Constipation

Guys I am dying here.

I had surgery on Friday and I had one poop on Saturday, but nothing since. I have had plenty of water to drink, went for a walk yesterday (even though I really shouldn't have), I've taken aloe ferox, and nothing. I stopped my scheduled painkillers on Sunday already and didn't even take anything on Monday.

Please help me! I am in such discomfort. I am able to pass wind but nothing is helping!!

Edit - thanks guys. After an enema and milk of magnesia and lots of fibre and drinking warm water until I thought I was going to puke, to lying in a warm bath today, it finally cleared up today. A whole WEEK post op. My deepest, deepest sympathies to those who suffer from IBS or other chronic constipation issues. I felt like death this morning and was literally crying from pain. I can't imagine going through this on a regular basis.
