1.5 weeks post miscarriage

So I miscarried 11/28 at 5w5d. No cramping but consistent bleeding. Bleeding stopped about 3 days ago but still had spotting, now bleeding has stopped completely as of two days ago. There’s some brown when I wipe but barely & I know it’s old blood. My hcg came back today at 4.5 which is not pregnant. Do I need to wait for it to be 0 to try again? Hubby & I are so ready to be intimate again and to hopefully be blessed with our rainbow baby🌈🤍🫶🏼
