Femara side effects ??

This is my second round of IUI last month we did clomid but we’re unsuccessful.  This month they started me on femara 7.5 for 5 days.  What are the side effects y’all experienced with femara? Anyone with a higher success with femara instead of clomid?

There’s actually a pinned post about the side effects of Femara. Femara is very similar to Clomid as far as side effects. Usually headaches, hot flashes, mood swings, intense ovulation pain, etc.

I didn’t have any side effects with femara. The side effects I experienced on Clomid were not fun. I took Clomid for 3 rounds. I ovulated each time but did not conceive. I got pregnant on my first round of femara 5mg but unfortunately miscarried at 5 weeks 4 days.
