Weird question

Okay so here is a picture of my stomach I've being having pregnancy symptoms like feeling sick, my boobs are massive sore and my nipples have changed colour, so has my vagina two a purple colour I've also being having light cramping and back ache and lots of discharge if I am pregnant I would be seven weeks so any advice kinda confused cause I got negative test 2 weeks ago ??
