FTM | cramps

I’m currently 11w 4d and it feels like my ovaries are crampy it’s been like this for 2 days. My appointment was 3 days ago I mentioned having pressure when going to the bathroom (after a sneeze feeling) she said that was normal & I was dehydrated (haven’t been able to keep down water) but now this is kind of annoying it’s not painful to the point I need to call just very noticeable. I’m guessing my uterus is expanding?
