Me and my fiancé just miscarried our first baby together.💔

Hi I’m 16 we found out I was pregnant around the beginning of November. This Tuesday we went to the hospital cause there was some heavy bleeding and found out the baby was gone. We both cried heavily for a few days. He is still very much affected by this but has chosen not to dwell and me on the other hand just want to sit in bed and cry. My whole body is in pain and I don’t have anyone to talk about it with. Any younger moms going through the same thing?
