Terrified of driving again

1w3dpp. I am terrified of putting my baby in a car and then having to drive that car by myself. I never thought I’d have this fear. Anytime I’ve gone out in public, any time of day, any day, I see moms with their babies. Getting in the car, getting out, just them with their littles and it’s never seemed like a big deal. Now, it’s something so big for me, and I literally cry (I’m actually crying typing this right now) every single time I think about having to do this. Did you have this fear? What did you do to manage? How did you get over it?
