Am i pregnant?

I know it sounds crazy but nobody explained this stuff to me and i try to educate myself

Im 16 and i have a bf, we decided that we re not completely ready to have sex so we did just mutual oral sex.

He came in my mouth but I spat it&swallowed my saliva, then we french kissed and he gave me oral down there

He also lubrificate his finger with his saliva and fingered me for some seconds because i became paranoid cause i thought if the remaining sperm in my mouth could travel to his mouth trough saliva when we kissed and then in my vagina can it lead to a pregnancy?

That month i had my period, and also the last month but it was lighter and some tissue and clot came out.

I also took a test and it came out negative but i did the mistake to look at it again after 1 hour and a half later and i saw a little line, i was scared but i understood it was just an evap line and the blue dye test are horrible.

I don't have symptoms like nausea or others but i read somewhere that there are some women who had their ' period ' but actually they were pregnant.
