Which Doctor to call?

So I have been sick with a sore throat, congestion and all that for a week now. I have since developed a terrible cough, chest tightness and extreme shortness of breath. I also think I have a mild UTI. I figured to call my OB about the UTI but I'm not sure if I should call my regular dr about the illness or call the OB about that and the UTI. Oh and extreme swelling and headaches 😩 advice?
