What do y’all think

My son and I live 4 hours away from his dads mom. We visited her last month. And then again this month just a couple days ago. Both times he cried the whole ride and ended up puking. There and back. Now my bd is trying to make him go again for Christmas eve and I was suggesting to him that my son stay with me and he just go cause he’s already been 2 times within not even a month. And we went to his families Christmas last year. He started saying that I’m so selfish and I’m just trying to keep him from his family. And left my house and drove back to his moms 😭

Am I being selfish ??
