Sick while pregnant

I have been super sick since Tuesday. Went to urgent care on Friday and was negative for flu, strep and covid. They claimed it’s viral and because they aren’t OBs they don’t know what they can give me. My OB isn’t open till tomorrow and I still feel like death. I’ve been doing just Tylenol, rest and fluids. Is there ANYTHING else I can take or do to get through this. I’m 7 weeks pregnant for reference.
