Is high heart rate normal?

I’m 4 weeks 2 days and my resting heart rate is around 100 right now. When I walk around (nothing strenuous) it can go from 120-145. Is this normal??

You have extra blood flow in your body during pregnancy. Your heart is working a bit harder to move it all around. They'll check it at all your appointments, along with blood pressure, and let you know if it's concerning. If you're concerned before then, you can always call and ask. They usually have a nurse line for questions like that.
