All time low

I don't know what is going on with me but I noticed that people look at me with disgust and I noticed that my people when I go out with them they distance themselves like they don't know me today I went out with my mom we were standing in line and this guy went out of his way to make conversation and I was behind her with the shopping cart the line moved and I was waiting in line so she can use my cart and she walked away I said here use the cart she shook her head no and pretend like she didn't know me. I was like dam.my own mom doesn't want to be seen with me.

I'm ashamed I don't know what is wrong or what to do or to change really need some advice.
