Symptoms of iud

I had the mirena iud put in two and a half months ago. In this time I have lost more hair than usual, had crazy anxiety, and a bloat that just won’t go away. Ontop of bleeding every time I have sex. I’m wondering if this stuff will go away and my body will regulate, or if I should just get it removed. I’ve had such horrible luck with birth control, at this point I feel so frustrated that I can’t find anything that works for me.
