8 weeks already uncomfortable

I know it sounds silly but I’m super uncomfortable I can’t lay on my right side because it’s hurts I’m bloated I already have pre pregnancy belly fat so I feel bigger than I am also out of breathe all the time anyone else?😩 this is my 2nd pregnancy first one wasn’t so hard
