I started the bc pill lo loestrin fe on November 1st. I started it the second day of my period. the days i’ve had sex since then have the red heart on them (see photo). some times with condom some without. I stopped lo loestrin for abt 5 days at the end of the first pack. i didn’t have sex those days. i started a new pack sunday december 4. i didn’t have a period with the first pack or when i stopped for a few days, i still haven’t had one. i’ve taken test every morning for the past four days and they’ve all been negative. i started spotting today and have been cramping. i’m just confused if this is implantation and i’ve just been texting too early or it’s break through bleeding?
