white discharge from nipple

I just noticed when i squeezed my nipple rly hard. i got nervous so i did it again & not a lot comes out at all. it's like maybe a droplet if that... i wanted to see if more would come out with more of a force so i had my boyfriend just kinda suck on it & nothing came out. i'm just super confused. i just got my period like 2 weeks ago like normal. it's only 1 nipple. the other one is completely normal. i read somewhere that excessive stimulation can cause something like this. but then i also read i could have a tumor. then obviously the normal one that i might be pregnant. what do you think it could be???
