Tubal reversal 4 weeks ago

I have clamps placed nearly 3 years ago. Had them removed 4 weeks ago, one tube had to be reconnected as the clamp caused it to split and then other tub didn’t have the clamp on and only superficial endometriosis. I’m a week late on period which I’m sure after reversal isn’t uncommon from surgery and negative pregnancy test….

How likely is pregnancy after reversal, I’m 30 so higher chances but I wonder if it’ll take years before conceiving? I guess we are kinda in the dark on this one 😔😢
