I’ve been on/off the pill for years, I loved it, works great with my body I take it every day same time and has prevented pregnancy (when wanted) and when I came off I had no issues getting pregnant. BUT I have migraines with aura and now I have to switch. My doctor is putting me on a “migraine safe” pill but I don’t think it’s as effective. I’m thinking about getting the IUD (the shot or arm implant are my other options but I’m not really wanting either), he really recommended the IUD. My husband and I are divorcing, so no babies for me in the near future. I was against the IUD before my appt today, but now I’m thinking it’s probably the best option for me…

If you have/or have had an IUD, what was your experience? I want to know it all, the good, the bad, everything. And how was the procedure? Pain? I have a LOW pain tolerance 😅😅
