No appt till 11 weeks :(

My OB is sooo busy when I called them back in November to tell them I was pregnant they told me they couldn’t get me in till January 5th. According to my LMP that’ll put me at 11 weeks. I am so nervous and so scared something could be wrong. I take a pregnancy test every week to try to ease my mind. Would there be any symptoms of a non viable pregnant? I know miscarriage would be bleeding but are there any symptoms of non viable pregnancies or ectopic pregnancies?
