Preterm Labor??

I’m 28+1 and the whole day today I’ve had low, dull and constant backaches along with what feels like period cramps below my belt line. I also had a lot of pressure on my pubic bone. Literally feel like the baby could fall out it seems so heavy. I can walk and function but not comfortably. Tylenol, water and rest don’t help..

Nothing I can tell that feels like “contractions” I’ve had Braxton hicks and can easily feel those on a normal day without any trouble…is it possible this is preterm labor or is this all “normal”?
