Would I have miscarried by now ?

I’ve been having cramps and aching pain in my lower back and pelvic area constantly like 24/7 it’s just very uncomfortable but it’s been going on for about 4 weeks. I saw baby’s heartbeat yesterday but why am I convinced my body has been trying to miscarry for 4 weeks ..

It’s just a process of growing the baby and the uterus and everything, don’t worry so much ☺️ I’ve been extra nervous too and have horrible lower back pain for more than 2 weeks but today I’ve seen the baby wiggle and heard his heartbeat, 9+3 today, all good

How far along are you?? I had period-like cramps almost daily in my 1st trimester. Then in my second trimester it was once in a while. 
Doc told me cramps are common to experience in the 1st trimester due to hormonal changes. But oh man, some days I really felt like my period was on its way!
