Last winter, I found a house on Spareroom with two girls. They were keen to me for move in.

When I broke up with my boyfriend, I had two weeks where I had night terrors and cried in my sleep. I found it very embarrassing and upsetting so I went back to my parents for a while to get through it.

When I was back home, one of my housemates forwarded me a photo of a letter from the ‘landlord’ telling us we need to vacate the property as he is selling the house.

I thought nothing of it. So I moved back home. The day I was moving though, I noticed not much had been packed of my housemates belongings. They had emptied the kitchen cupboards and I saw my housemate had lots of boxes packed in her room.

I moved out and thought nothing of it. One of the girls sent me photos of her new house. She kept saying she wanted to meet up with me. She texted me all the time as my ‘friend’. We arranged to meet for dinner one night but she cancelled last minute.

Then last month, I saw she put a photo on her instagram story. She was still in the house we ‘moved out of.’ Then I noticed she hid her stories from me so I couldn’t see, but was selectively hiding and Unhiding her stories. I looked at them when I was hidden from my brothers account, and realised the ones she had hidden were of the old house.

I messaged her and asked why she was still in the house. She blocked me on everything.

Tonight the other housemate confessed that the other girl had got the landlord to forge a letter of eviction to all of us, so I could move out. I am so angry and confused. The other girl completely lied to me and pretended to be my friend after wards.

Seriously, how can people be so weird?
