Period late for 7 days negative pregnancy test

I’ve been feeling nauseous consistently, and having milky white discharge almost every day. I have three period tracker apps that are both a few days off.

One says my period is 4 days late, one says my period is 5 days late, and the other says my period is 7 days late.

I’m not trying to have any kids right now, I’m in college, so I just want to know if you guys see anything? Is it worth a trip to the doctor or should I just accept the fact AF decided to just skip this month?
