Period came a week after ovulation super early

So my period came about 7 days after I ovulated. And about 7 days early. I have confirmed ovulation with opk and ewcm on that day. I always have a regular cycle so this is weird to me. I did start working out and I have been very stressed so I’m wondering if that triggered it to start early? Is it even possible to start 7 days after ovulation?? Any insight on why this might happen.
