Daily rant

Something that really grinds my gears today; We’re starting to plan on dates for leave & preparing for baby & my boyfriend gets paid paternity leave for up to about 3 months because we’re having a baby but my current company only offers maternity leave and with absolutely no pay!! It’s so ridiculous and honestly offensive how mothers are treated in some workplaces. We’re creating life and have almost no rights to help with financial stability while we heal. Luckily I’m in a two income household, otherwise idk how things would be.
