Strange possibility a period?

Since Monday i have had bleeding (extremely light would probably say spotting) it’s only when i wipe and not every time. I have also been having cramping and been unusually hungry. I haven’t had a period for 2 years without provera which I haven’t took since june. I don’t know whether this ‘bleed’ counts as a period or something else? I took an opk and pregnancy test both were again negative as i thought it could’ve been ovulation or implantation but unfortunately not
