Newly Pregnant Trying to Relax My Mind

Hi all! I’m just looking for some support and to see if other folks have had similar thoughts. I’m 6 weeks pregnant and I feel like I’m reading into every little thing/feeling. I’m trying my best to trust my body but this is my first pregnancy so it’s all new. Im generally a healthy person. I exercise three days a week (light cardio and strength training), I do yoga three times a week, I eat healthy majority of the time and am not drinking any caffeinated drinks. Im taking a prenatal vitamin and also practicing lots of self care to minimize stress on my body/mind. I feel like there’s not much else I can do to have a healthy pregnancy.
