🤰 Do you have days where your not drinking enough water?

I do my best to drink a gallon a day but sometimes I don’t and just worried on those days it can affect baby. Im 13 weeks.

It’s tuff I barely make it 4 bottles a day 🤦🏻‍♀️ 4th pregnancy tho and never had any issues from it tho.

Drinking water is very important and even more so during pregnancy but I’ll admit I have always struggled to drink the amount of water I need and in my past pregnancies it’s made me have contractions from not drinking enough water even when I thought I did. I’m almost 10 weeks along now and I still have days easier than some days.
