Sitting on floor after c section
When is it ok to sit on floor after c section? I am 3 weeks PP, will be looking to do tummy time (at present my husband does) and play time with my baby in coming weeks which would require me to sit on floor. Or if anyone have any recommendations please?
PS : I had bled from my stitches at the end of week 2, so my recovery has already been a little slow. Don't know what normal recovery time for others is?
