Help.

I need some advice. The picture on the top right is from Friday. The picture on the right in the middle is from yesterday. The picture on the bottom right is from just now and the picture on the left are all of my tests just now. So those are clearly positive- but, yesterday I was bleeding lightly, not filling a pad, just when I wiped. And this morning I woke up and found that I almost filled a pad overnight and the bleeding is heavier than yesterday. So I’m assuming it’s a miscarriage, but I just didn’t know if anyone else has had something similar happen and it not be or what could be going on. I’m 14dpo today.
