Wrestless baby at night

Hi guys, having some trouble with my three month old baby boy.. he gets very wrestless around dinner time (for me and dad and bedtime for Corey), he will stay awake for hours after and refuse to go to sleep until he is exausted and just passes out, we play with him during his wake windows and try our best to tire him out before bed, he won't even fall asleep whilst breastfeeding! Every time we try to cradle/rock to sleep, he resists and cries like there is no tomorrow 😅 How can I help him get to sleep easily, without having to let him get exausted?
