Sudden onset of blurry vision

I am 29 weeks 1 day. I have had an upset stomach and bouts of diarrhea all day. I was at work earlier noticed a few eye floaters going on. Then all of a sudden it persisted and half of my right eye was blurry with these waves. It happened so quickly it alarmed me and I went home to rest. I took my blood pressure and it was 140 something over 80 something. Took it again a few minutes later and it was 130 something over 80 something. Took it again about 20 minutes after the first time and it was 115/82. The eye flutters, stars, blurry vision whatever had diminished and I left a message with the nurse at my OB office. But I just feel so stupid for calling for something that could be small. But I’m a FTM and do not know what is and isn’t normal. 😬 still waiting to hear back from the OB office. Anyone else experience this?
