Do I tell him I love him?

Me and this boy have been on and off, the last time we had sex he was a lot more intimate, more affectionate and stayed the whole night. After that he went quiet and he’s told me he doesn’t know what he wants. I’ve got feelings and I want to tell him I love him, even if I know he might not feel the same because I feel like I’ll regret it forever if I don’t. I’d be lying if I said I think he feels nothing for me.. i think about him all the time, he’s my first thought when I wake up and my last thought when I go to bed 🥲
