Miscarriage ? Or implementation bleeding

Am I having miscarriage or is this implantation bleeding ?

Definitely call your OB as soon as you can. I agree it doesn’t always mean a miscarriage but it could be something else . Also don’t waste your time at the ER you will be waiting for who knows how long just to see drs who aren’t equipped to help with pregnancy related things . All they will due is label you a threatened miscarriage  and have you follow up with your ob. So it’s best to just skip that and call your Ob .

I ended up going to ER last night and they indeed said I had a miscarriage. My HCg was 160 two weeks ago and last night it was 11 . I m guessing the miscarriage happened few days ago . I did the ovulation kit today and apparently it shows I m ovulating . How long after the miscarriage can we start trying again if anyone knows ?

If you're already pregnant, it's not implantation bleeding, as the egg is already implanted. 
Bleeding doesn't always mean miscarriage though so please call your doctor to get checked out!
