So since I was young, I lived in a home that involved a lot of work as it was a fixer upper. However it created memories for me and my parents that seem to always make me smile!

Recently I had a discussion with my landlord about how they had reached their level of success. Well as the conversation continued I mentioned my interest in finding a fixer upper home. My landlord has offered me a property to rent to own!!! He stated that my rent money is basically me throwing money out and he wants to help!!! It’s a Christmas blessing ❤️ Sorry everyone I just feel so excited as this is something that doesn’t happen much and I had no idea on where to post!

Edit: I am going to ensure that it is in paper and it has been reviewed by an attorney. My current landlord has offered it to me as he is wanting to retire which is the reasoning behind the rent to own. I’m not going to get my hopes up as I understand it could go south, however I am excited for the opportunity.
