how do you handle small belly comments? me personally I think it’s rude and offensive.. even if they aren’t saying it or even mean it that way I feel like they are saying i’m not eating or giving the baby what it needs to grow. i’m 24+5 and I steadily get this comment with ALL three of my pregnancies and I actually am gaining weight with this pregnancy. I just carry small and I do eat a lot i’ve just been small my entire life. my bump protrudes outward so I can’t hide it but I would love to hide it if I could.. people ruin the experience for me because of this. i’ve always been insecure about my weight I normally don’t say anything but today the daycare worker told me “your so small” for the 4th time since being pregnant and today I had to tell her to stop saying that. she said “do you think your big” I said no but I eat and I just carry how my body wants me to carry there’s literally nothing I can do all of my babies have been healthy when born I hate it when ppl say that and she ignores me and starts playing with a kid. when i walked out it seemed as if i kind of slammed the door but that wasn’t my intention i was just so annoyed with her. I didn’t mean to be rude if it sounded that way.
