Cervix Position Changes After Ovulation

Hi ladies. I’ve been tracking things in different ways through the months to learn more about myself. The last two months I’ve been checking cervix position. I don’t have much to go on yet. This month my cervix was high soft and open during ovulation and within 24 hours of ovulation it already lowered. Obviously in that time frame my body doesn’t know if it’s pregnant or not right? So does the cervix lower and then raise again if pregnant? Or since it is lower am I for sure not pregnant again this month? I am 6 DPO now and I expect my period in 7 days.
