TMI- cramping in my lower abdomen but anus too ?

Hi ladies, sorry this is TMI, but I just want to know what this may be. So we are actively TTC. Last month, Nov 9, I got removed Nexplanon, since then we have been trying, but this is the first month trying with a period because I just got it about a week ago. Im just mentioning this in case it has to do with this. So im getting really bad cramping in my lower abdomen, but when I cramp I feel it down in my anus too, and it really hurts. I also feel very nauseous and just sick. Im suppose to ovulate on the 24th of this month. Has any one gone thru this ?
