Am I Wrong?

Question

I just went off on my mom & I’m feeling bad. I will do anything my mom asks me to do; however there is one thing I don’t necessarily like doing. She asks me all the time to massage her hand. I think I don’t like it because sometimes it hurts my hand. At one point she was only asking me, but two of my siblings live with us also, so I told her a few months I felt a type of way because she was only asking me. 
To make a long story short, we all agreed on making a schedule where my siblings & I would rotate & still that’s not the case. My mom has still asked me the most, sometimes my brother & no more than 3 times with my sister. Please tell me the truth, do you think it’s wrong of me to get upset & go off on her? Lol

I don't think it's worthy of going off on her for it.   Maybe you and your siblings should  chip in and get her a a hand massager or some reflexology massages.

I can see where this would be annoying, but definitely nothing worth going off on your mom over. When I initially read that you went off on her, I thought she was doing something terrible to you. Just rub her hand though? That woman carried you, birthed you and raised you. You can rub her hands. You should apologize to her, but calmly explain that you would greatly appreciate some fairness.

Maybe she asks you more often because you do a better job than your siblings? It is understandable though that it hurts your hand, giving massages isn’t easy on the person doing it.
