Hey y’all - I’m 24+6 and I got a massage gun and an over the neck shiatsu massager (that also works on lower back) for Christmas! Now just wondering if I can actually take advantage of these haha. Lower back has been super achey and I’m wondering if either are safe to use on the lower back during pregnancy.
