water beads

i got a sensory kit that included water beads for my son, and now i’m having a panic attack because i noticed he had one in his hand and i didn’t even think we dropped or spilled any and now i’m worried he ate it and i’m literally crying and pacing back and forth because it says they CANT be ingested and my boyfriend is making me feel like a horrible

i’m because he said it’s my fault i bought it, should i go to the ER? he might not have ate it but my anxiety is so bad i over think everything and just want to be safe
