Passing Tissue (TMI Pic) 6 Weeks

Hey my lovely ladies. I’ve been spotting brown over the last week that has eventually turned into bright red bleeding with clots. I’m about 6 weeks pregnant and yesterday I began bleeding like a heavy period with clots every time I use the restroom. I’ve been filling pads although not in an hour. Today, I felt something come out and when I went to check this is what I found. What do y’all think?
