Deli meat?

Opinions on eating deli meat occasionally? I am craving a sub sandwich so bad I could cry. I’m only about 5 weeks so I haven’t been to my OB yet. Please let me know, I’m dying 🥲

I eat them I just make sure the meat is heated up. So I either order a hot sandwich or heat my meat in the microwave until it's steaming if I'm making it at home.

I ate them during my pregnancy and my daughter is healthy as can be.  She just turned 6.  I also did not heat up the meat before eating either.
