Breakthrough IUD or Implantation Bleed??

TMI PHOTO. I have the hormonal IUD so my man & I have unprotected sex regularly. My doctor told me there is nothing to worry about there. I have had some period-like cramping lately, which is normal from my endometriosis flaring up, but I had this discharge yesterday just once and prior to that I had just white discharge. It was clear with some pink & light/dark brown & stretchy like ovulation discharge. Since then it’s been clear. I get spotting rarely, but I’ve only had the IUD 6 months or so, so I don’t have a “normal” yet. The IUD strings feel fine, no changes, & my doctor confirmed that a few weeks ago, as well. Could I be pregnant or is this a period/breakthrough bleeding? I just need to make sure I don’t need to rush to the doctor for the IUD.
